The NEC Users Group consists of over four hundred member organisations representing clients, consultants, designers project managers or contractors – to exchange ideas and experiences. The Group is guided and led by the users themselves, under the Chairmanship of Professor Rudi Klein, Chief Executive of the UK Specialist Engineering Contractors' Group.  Users' Group secretary role is provided by Robert Gerrard, NEC Consultant, and other administrative support is provided by NEC Division of TTL.
